Still along the lines of my penchant for blue or bluish icing, I’ve chosen to go aqua for the base, while using a cool lemon yellow for the flowers and ribbons. The words that pop into my mind are “fresh” and “cool” which I did consider putting as the title – however, I decided to avoid any references which might be too reminiscent of tooth paste ads.

The cakes that you make, are they for any particular occasion or just for fun?
What I’m trying to get at is I want to go to your cake place and eat them all. Is that possible?
As I’m still a novice cake decorator, I make my cakes at home. I make some for fun to give to friends, and sometimes I get requests to make a cakes for occasions or as gifts.
I am thinking it would be a good idea to find a place to sell them though. Hehe. I don’t have a cake place yet but maybe one day…
For someone who makes cakes at home, these are so beautiful and I bet they taste insanely good.
Now, see what you did! I feel like eating all the cake I can get.

This is so cool! You definitely have a talent for cake decorating. I actually tried to decorate a cake last night. I was planning on hand washing all my decorating tips, but forgot about it. Somehow they ended up down the drain (four of them) and I didn’t realize it until this morning when I tried to use my garbage disposal! I basically demolished four different tips. Maybe I should stay away from cake decorating…
Thanks! Don’t worry about it… Tips have been known to disappear. Lol. Might be a good idea to keep at it… Cake decorating can be fun! (Not the washing of all the bits and pieces though.)
